I downloaded the app as the series shown in the ad on my feed intrigued me. Watched the show and enjoyed some of the other content for a few days then wanted to Unsubscribe. Manage subscription in Settings showed nothing. Uninstalled then tried to reinstall. Still not showing the option. Sent email to have cancelled and nothing. Content was good but the rest is Robbery.

You can cancel your subscription directly in the StarShort App. Here's how: StarShort App → [Me] → [Settings] → [Manage Subscriptions]. Once you're on the Manage Subscriptions page, select the subscription you want to cancel and tap the small “UnSubscribe” text in the bottom-right corner of the item. That’s it — your subscription will be cancelled.

cancelled subscription and was a shown cancelled but have been charged 3 times since! keep getting run around about refuns and now cancelation. its showing no where to cancel as well Do not get this ap! Will continue to charge account and will not help in any way. Does not show under any pau platform and contrary tells you they can not help because 3rd party takes care of payment FRAUD!!!would give 0 stars but wont let you post review without at least 1

I have sent cancalletion before the subscription finish but still charge me for the following week subscription 19.99usd. That's a lot of money for a week of subscription. I want REFUND. I don't want to use the app. Not worth to watch. Not all videos you can watch, you still need coins to watch around 800 COINS for 1 short video. July 2,2026- to the mgt, this is a warning to all, it come to my attention that I were charged again 19.90usd even though I already cancelled the subscription on April
