Orcs, elves, and mages are yours to command in a gorgeous 3D medieval game world. Raise a massive fantasy army for HUGE fully animated battles. Clash with enemies from all over the world in real-time. Choose your alliance and take castles, slay monsters, and stake new territory as a tribe. This is a fair warning. The game itself is fun enough, but like any freemium game, the fun dies down around the 4-8hr mark (depending on the player). At said point, everything takes FOREVER to upgrade further. And of course, you have the option of spending real money on items that speed up said process. I was willing to, as I figured "Why not spend $20 on a free game to support it?". BIG mistake! At around 5:30am, while I was asleep, I got attacked 12 times by a clan and lost my entire army etc.

The game is fun and relatively well designed. The reason for my low review is that if you make a purchase and don't receive the items and contact the developers, they will threaten you. I made an in-game purchase and did not get my items within a few hours. I contacted the WaO people and they told me to wait and told me that if I contacted the app store they would delete my account and everything I purchased over time would be deleted. Also, the adds showing the game are not representative.

My lord, WaO is a global SLG game with "time attack" as its original battle gameplay system. The game requires an internet connection. We will never stop our step of polishing this game to give a better gameplay experience to all. You will meet many friends from all over the world, wish you good luck on the way to become the King of WaO.

This game has potential but I wouldn't recommend it for the following reasons: 1) It's not a game where one can progress fast without the help of other players. Higher ranked players have control over your game progress. 2) The amount of time is takes to build a high tier castle is ridiculous, literally years. A person can't be competetive at lower tier levels. Too much of a time commitment. 3) It lacks the visual, auditory & immersive exp. that one would get from a game console.
