Even though when you first start out the character limit is low I think that is a good safeguard. You get rewarded with extra characters the longer you have a ticket with the idol. If translations are a bit confusing I use a translation app to help me out. I am also learning Korean so that I can converse easier. I love this app!

it's a huge group chat with others fans and the idol which is understandable. I don't like how you can't edit the message that's already been sent, and when you unsend you don't get another chance to send another message because you only get 3 per day. The app mentions that you can get a birthday message from the idol but nothing was received...which I get since it's not guaranteed. too many limitations on the app of not being able to share photos or anything with them but text.

lots of issues recently. recieving notifications with no sent messages, no messages on my end go through, i cant check my ticket status- the page will not load, same for the customer service page. 2nd time this has happened in the last month. incredibly dissapointing from such a large company, especially after the recent price hiking. you can take more of my money just to fail at maintaining the basic functions of the app? and in the last two years of payments not a single new feature released.
