since the last update, we have had continual problems. The machine turns off in the middle of the night. It mixing up sleep results and/or not recording. The app is changing the night time and dawn temperatures (outside of autopilot) The alarm is awkward to set and is not user friendly, and old alarms that are not needed anymore but (alternately) can't-reset the time on the old alarms, the app just keeps creating new ones. Please revert to the old style and fix the glitches.

New update is awful. Half the time doesn't track my sleep! Other than the product itself which is great, my experience with this company has been horrible right from purchasing, shipping, filter replacements not sent, was recently billed twice for two subscriptions on pods I cancelled my order for a year ago. Exorbitantly priced subscription tier system with increasing costs straight out of the latest Black Mirror episode. This company bites.

Sleep tracking is not functional because of the sleep sessions feature. Even when I don't get out of bed, the pod usually detects multiple sleep sessions in one night which wouldn't be a big deal if the sleep sessions weren't OVERLAPPING. I'll have sleep session 1 from 11pm to 4am and sleep session 2 from 2am to 7am, therefore overestimating my sleep by 2 full hours (and messing up REM, deep sleep, etc). This should be easy to fix but it has been going on for many months.
