Meta ads has a glitch that is more like a scam. If you cancel your ad after a day, it says cancelled but doesn't stay cancelled. It turned active again on it's own and then sends somewhat of an error notice each time you click to cancel again that says ads have the best results if they run for more than 4 days. When I contacted the ads support, it felt like they couldn't understand English. I had to type the issue out over four times so far. It's like deliberately being uncomprehend. Very scammy

They turned off my ad the other day saying I owe a balance. They lowered my balance threshold o had already set. now the app wants me to pay and I enter my info and an error occurs. It wont allow me to pay and AI wont bring me to a human to help. So, I cannot pay them because error messages keep popping up when I enter my card info.

The worst app ever. Keeps crashing. does not let you publish an ad from mobile. You can't use your mobile gallery to upload the creative. Then why does one have a mobile app at all? Meta being such a big technology company can't fix this simple thing that users prefer? Even Meta AI agrees with me and says Google, YouTube are better than Meta..! Time to wake up, Meta!!
