Downloaded this right away when I found out it existed, since I missed playing the classic version. It promised no ads, which is true, but you only get 20 minutes free before you have to pay for a monthly subscription to continue playing. There’s no option for a one-time payment, so I promptly uninstalled it. Highly disappointed in this subscription-based culture.

I paid for "Fruit Ninja Classic", but this app has been updated with so many annoying menus, gambling, and ads, that it is nothing like playing the original game. So much useless down time between the actual game play. I hate it. Tell me where to download a version that doesn't suck. And now you added a subscription to play even though we paid for the app. Literally a scam. Too bad Google only cares about money.

I'm not sure what's the point, the game is free yet it's only meant to give you a little peak toward the classic Fruit Ninja. I thought this would be the classic game but with limitations compared to the paid version so anyone could play it for free; at this point it's rather better to keep up the Classic+ app.
