Used to be good, now it's premium bloatware. Has a "" "cool down"""" on network scanning in order to coerce you into paying for premium. Unbelievable. If you're not connected to the internet the app also refuses to show you connected clients on your lan, presumably because it can't then upload and sell your networks data. Scumlords, rot in a dark place.

Great example of entshitification. Install FOSS "Ning" instead. I want the app to do one thing: scan the network to give me the IP of the router or whatever. Maybe run a port check. This used to be no issue, but now, APPARENTLY I only have a limited number of scans to "reduce load" or whatever BS. Absolute nonsense. The CORE USE of this app has been removed for me, and the idea of paying 3€ a month for a TOOL I use maybe once every two months is just completely disconnected from reality.

Bought the Fingbox as an early adopter under pretense that app and features would be free with it. Now they are charging for more and more features and the app is getting harder and harder to use. This evening my Fingbox went down and I can't log into the app. Fingbox and Fing service getting worse and worse. Hope I can find a decent replacement app elsewhere. Very disappointed!
