If the playback of recordings a previous broadcasts didn't just randomly quit, I would give it more stars. Its particularly annoying when the replay of an old broadcast quits because you restart were you left off, because most don't allow fast forwarding. The only option is to re-watch the first 40 minutes or just not watch it at all. It should remember that I already watched those 40 minutes and let me skip to that point.

Constantly freezes on Samsung phones and tablets, especially when casting, requiring a reboot of the device. When the app works, ie. when it doesn't seize up the device's entire operating system, it's very handy. Unfortunately, most times it doesn't work properly and there's no way to close the app or use the device it's jammed without restarting the device. Because of this, I rarely use the app - it's too much trouble.

Just switched over to Bell Fibe TV for my tv & internet. Initially I was excited. Right now. . . Less than enthusiastic. The app needs a bit more work to be seamless. But the biggest issue: I'd love to be able to cast this to my smart TV without having to purchase Amazon Fire Stick or Google Chromecast. Honestly Bell - if you made this an option in the app you'd see much, much happier customers. In fact here's a little list of updates that would make a world of difference in the app and the service: - Simplify the ability to cast to TV (especially smart tvs). Maybe without even requiring the purchase of a Chromecast or an Amazon Fire stick. - Provide a simple fast forward rewind option for every program in the app. Of I can do this with traditional cable I see no problem with FibeTV. How about a 10 seconds forward or 10 seconds back option? - Allow for multiple devices to stream different programs when on the same network. - Maybe create the app for smart TVs?? Do away with the streaming all together? Come on Bell. I left a decent service for you. . . Don't let me down.
