Tap Wizard is a great game. The music is reminiscent of classic NES games, the graphics are colourful and eye catching, and the gameplay is immersive enough for an "idle" game to actually play without being bored 5 minutes in. That being said, the zones can plateau for a while, which can be daunting. Tap Wizard seems to lean more towards an active play style, rather than a passive one; however, the AFK aspect is still apparent. I'm impressed, well worth checking out! Edit: 5 stars given

Excellent game, with great graphics and music. I've had this game for a few months now and it's clear that the developer has put in a lot of thought into balancing the game. Each spell has certain uses, lots of spells synergize with each other, and every enemy has their own quirks so some spells are more useful in certain situations. There's a constant feeling of progression due to the Recall mechanic, and the Enchantment, Meditation, and NG+ systems offer further flavours of progression.

I've been playing this for more than a year. It's a solid game, one of the better wizard oriented games I've run across. I've finally unlocked all the spells, and it took me this long; there was no achiement and there should have been. The mechanic for it is not very good, I have many multiples of spell stones and still had to pay runite multiple times to get all the spells. Since I don't spend money on games this took ages and there should be increased percentages for unknown spells.
