when I interact with people over the phone or in person from U-Haul, the experience had been good! but returning the car on the app was annoying as after I tried to return it, it just kept on glitching and saying I need to do the drop off sequence again and again after I've done it already. the app is not good, but the service from U-Haul is good.

I spent 30 minutes of my 4 hour rental messing around with this app. It would constantly freeze, making me go back and restart the process. I wasn't provided with the opportunity to provide any photos on pickup, so it felt like I wasn't able to do the typical walk around that's part of a standard rental. I would not rent via the app again.

I assumed I could complete the process at the desk, but everything was app-only. The app experience was very frustrating. It repeatedly claimed location permissions were not enabled even though I had granted location access at all times. When I used the chat feature to ask for help, I returned to the main screen and the entire chat disappeared with no way to retrieve the conversation. If U-Haul is going to rely on the app for pickup and returns, the app needs to be much more reliable.
