I've had PranaBreath for years but only recently started using it regularly—it's been a great tool. The Guru version is affordable and includes a wide variety of breathing techniques for relaxation, stress relief, and even training for singers, which I find especially helpful for building lung power. There's also a custom mode available for creating your own patterns, which I plan to explore. A well-designed app based on time-tested techniques from around the world. Highly recommend!

I like it. Guru version is very rich. Love the variety. Request: easier way to access Wiki for each exercise. I would love to be able to read what each breathing exercise is for within the app instead of going back and forth between the wiki document. It would also be cool if I could tag favourite exercises. Edit: 5 stars for responsive developer. I'll just have to learn what all the different exercises do.

Thank you Michael! Sorry about the inconvenience, as I cannot put that much text in that many languages to the app. As for tagging, you can rearrange the training list so your favorite exercises are on top of the list. UPD Thanks! Well, you can rename the patterns or add some notes to them (in Control tab) to add some hints.

it would be nice if you could make a custom cycle so that you can work in something specific if you want to. I am finding it helpful for my morning pranyama and meditation. however, it does keep some focus outside as you have to pay attention to the timer instead if just working with your breath. I think it is good for people newer to the practice.

Stephanie, surely you can add an extra cycle, if you have "Dynamic mode" activated for any training other than 8 default ones. More info here: https://olekdia.com/Dynamic_tab If you meant new custom training, it's here: https://olekdia.com/Custom_training As for the attention, you might just set the sounds to guide you, and turn your screen off.
