The new menu UI looks cool, but it is way too confusing compared to what it was before. Most of the basic options, like directly seeing your battery when you open your menu or being able to delete apps or access quick settings, seem like they are all hidden behind small buttons that all look the same. Again, it looks cool, but it is way too complicated to smoothly use. A product with a variation of users, from toddlers to elders, should have an easy menu UI to navigate.

It's alright, I guess, but if you have money in the store, it'll expire over time, which is messed up. I got a notification 3 hrs before midnight that my "credit" was going to expire on Nov 14th, 2023. It was only $9 CAD, but still, it can add up if they continue to take your money like that. Honestly though, it's mostly children that play on this anyway. So the lobbies and games got pretty annoying pretty quickly. Only if we could set an age gap to who we'd like to join games with.

Wow. Awful connection experience with the 3S, and I'm the family tech guy. Frustrating beyond words. Endless looping of trying to pair the app to the headset, no solutions, no help. The device is a brick until it pairs with the app. It wants your location but no matter how I tried to allow it, it wouldn't connect. Two hours of uninstall/reinstall, factory reset, you name it. EDIT - See the response there? Utterly useless, did that, told you I did that. An ongoing issue for at least a year! Waste
